We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible. We aim to meet the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we've done
- The site uses semantic HTML and clear heading structure.
- Colour contrast on text and interactive elements has been chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- All interactive controls — buttons, the configurator stepper, the mobile navigation drawer — are keyboard-operable and have visible focus indicators.
- Images that convey meaning carry text alternatives; decorative images are marked aria-hidden.
- The estimate configurator uses ARIA roles (radiogroup, progressbar) so it works with screen readers.
- Form fields have associated labels and use the appropriate
autocompleteattributes so password managers and autofill tools work correctly.
Known limitations
- Some long-form prose pages do not yet honour
prefers-reduced-motionfor the section fade-in. We're working on this. - The configurator's SVG measurement diagram is decorative and does not yet have a long text description. The numeric inputs above it carry the actual semantics.
If something doesn't work for you
